Position Summary:
If you are an experienced Retail District Sales Manager who is looking to join a team of passionate, motivated retail professionals, we are seeking a District Sales Manager for a the Fashion Bug division of Charming Shoppes, Inc for the Springfield, MA, Kingston, NY & Vermont Market Area.

As a District Sales Manager you will be responsible for the sales, staffing, merchandising, communication, operations and profitability of the stores in your district, consisting of 13 stores.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent. College preferred, but not required.
Multi Unit experience
6-7years retail experience, with a minimum of four years of management experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
Must present a professional appearance and personal grooming.
