Position Summary:
Basic Responsibilities and Reporting:
Reports to Visual Merchandising Manager & Director with a dotted line to the DSM.
Basic Job responsibilities:
Responsible for maintaining Brand right presentation at all times
Planning, executing and directing the monthly Visual floor set
Executes any Visual updates (which could entail interior merchandise changes (reworking racks and areas of store) and/or window changes
Trains the store staff on Visual merchandising techniques and maintenance
Travels to area stores to train staff or assist with their execution of the Floorset on an as needed basis
Pulls merchandise for windows and dresses the mannequins – changed weekly or more frequently as needed
Installs window banners and interior graphics and ensures all interior marketing is correct
Creates and maintains all interior mannequin and shelf displays
Outfitting all the molded hangers on the floor and on fitting room doors
Overall merchandising of the store interior and table presentations- with an emphasis on runway entrance table
"Overseeing" and facilitating the replenishment of stock
Requirements
Full time positions will drive to monthly Floorsets in Philadelphia.
